Tfg and vericred service is bad to the core

Ive got a Tgf account which went into errors when i lost my job and a year later i was employed by grace of almighty.. i paid my tfg account in full which was about 6 thousand .. i was so happy to pay my account after all the phone calls and reminders and also so happy to get my account back along with my credit... then the real drama starts .. The cashier tells me sorry your account is closed because you are a bad payer and you still owing r250.00 and i was clueless about this cause to my knowledge i paid it up to date .. Then the lady tells me because your account was handed over to the attorneys you have a fee to pay them and get a settlement letter then you get your account aswell as credit back and i said no problem .. i contacted the attorneys which is called Vericred and made payment again to the agency for my account being handed over .. i got my settlement letter and again i go into the store happy to get my account back with my credit and then im told to email settlement letter to them and they will handle it .. done that and weeks later again go into the store just to know that i cant use my tfg account again cause it closed and im listed as a bad payer .. yet i paid my account in full when i got employed again ..
