Tfg and Eastern Berry collections are *********** clients

I have an account with Foschini. I was a bit behind on my repayments which I ended up paying the account in full at the store on 30 July 2018. To my surprise when I asked for the settlement letter I was told to contact Eastern Berry collections, they told me I still owe R302. 55 I asked them what for because I don't know them. A rude lady by the name Portia Msomi said it's an outstanding commission. I asked what for because they were not calling nor sending any text communication.she said that they tried to call me but my numbers were invalid. I told her that I have been using the same number for more than 10years how is it invalid. I wasn't aware that the account was handed over to them had I known I would have paid them directly instead of going to the store. Upon more questioning I asked how much was the real amount I was owing she said R6251.21 I asked how much have I paid she said R8 160.95 but I still owe R302. 05 which was only shown after I had paid R2 376. My slip shows the account is on R-0.38 if my outstanding amount was R6 251.21 how come did I end up paying R8 160.95 it means that Foschini is owes me R1 909.74 yet Eastern Berry collections says I still owe R302.05 I want my paid up letter or my R1 909.74 extra that I paid. Where was the R302.05 when I made the payment and why does the date for the R302.05 show 3/08/18 after I paid. I owe you for paying my account. I need this sorted urgently.
