Terrible, Unprofessional Service at Foschini Balfour Park by Store Manager

I recently purchased a pair of Luella boots at Foschini, I subsequently had to return the purchase as they were too small. I went to Foschini Balfour Park in Johannesburg, Gauteng I was advised my the manager in charge Agnes that they will not take my boots as they dont have any Luellla stock therefore I must find a Foschini that will assist me, I tried to explain to her that I am unable to get to another Foschini and she flatly refused to assist even giving me attitude in the process. I then went to Maponya Mall a week later and a lady by the name of Khabonina promptly assisted me and even advised that its not the norm for a Manager to carry themselves in this manner and not assist. I am a cash customer and my options are varied but I chose to come to Foschini as the service has always been great, I have even considered opening an account with them but that is no longer the case after this experience. I hope to hear from the store soon about this unacceptable behavior I experienced
