terrible TFG

i saw this training shoe online and wanted to buy it, i looked it up at my nearest sotores to no avail, so i emailed online service to assist. 1. to find me a store to get the shoe at in gauteng 2. i have physical card and needed to redeem it was told to go in branch for them to lookup the shoe for me, in branch they told me the shoe is never available in-store just online. emailed online back as i need the shoe but have not had any joy also i believe i have the gift card. there must be some kind of solution to this matter as every time i believe some1 else replies to my query ask for info already provided.
