Terrible Services

I am not happy with Foschini at all. Poor, poor, poor service!!!

This account is long overdue. I wonder if someone can REALLY help me please.

I was asked to go submit this settlement letter at the Store for my name to be cleared and I did so without positive results, my account was settled 29 September 2017. When I called to check if I'm cleared I was then asked to send an email which I did sent as requested on the 30 November 2018 and to date still nothing is happening.

Can I have this account resolved URGENTLY!?
