Terrible service from Foschini

I helped my mother buy a new phone on her Foschini contract and do a sim swop. I week later the sim swop has not happened, the 1to1 department at Foschini that manages this is closed, you just cannot get through to them, maybe they closing down. And the rest of Foschini can not give a answer. Strongly recommend that you do not do business with the 1to1 department or HI component at Foschini.
