TERRIBLE SERVICE FOSCHINNI

<p>On Saturday the 01.04.2017 I went to Foschinni at Garden Route Mall in George, I need a dress for my mother’s funeral on Saturday and being the loyal Foschinni customer that I am, I went to foschinni to see if I will find something that I like, Indeed I saw a dress that I liked on display, and then I went in on the floor I didn’t have a size so I took a size that was closest to mine and went to the fitting room just to get a feel of how the dress sits and boy did I like it, I then went to the ladies working there and asked to get the dress on display as it looks like my size, only to have the floor manager Jacki tell me they can’t give me the dress on display because she doesn’t have anyone that will dress that thing again if I take that dress.</p> <p>The shock I had, I mean as a customer is it my problem that she doesn’t anyone to dress the mannequin again, I am so disappointed I can’t even explain it and everyone is just so shocked when I tell them this, I walked out of that store regretting why I even went, I really hope something is going to be done with this floor manager who knows nothing about customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
