Terrible Service @ Foschini - Durban (West Street)

I'm currently in Durban and someone purchased an item for me at your branch in Gateway. When I saw it I immediately realized it was small and needed to exchange it for a bigger size. So I went to the Foschini branch on West Street. When I got there I was asked to go to the upper level. There was only one customer in the queue in front of me, yet I waited for about 10 minutes whilst the lady at the till kept on having loud, explicit conversations with other colleagues who kept walking towards her till. When it was my turn, she sent me back to the ground floor where she said that I must ask for Hazel (the manager on duty). When I got to the ground floor, a woman called Cindy started shouting rudely to a colleague who explained what I was there to do...Cindy ket saying \...no send her back upstairs
