Terrible service at Foschini Cresta

Foschini Crestas service is shocking.. more than 3 weeks ago I requested for a kiddies jacket to be sent from another store as the Foschini store in Cresta did not have a size.. until today nobody has contacted me .. after calling several times I was told that the jacket is sitting at the couriers .. does it take more than 3 weeks to get an item from another store.. non of the staff at foschini cresta could tell me which store the jacket was in so I could go and purchase it.. I was able to locate the jacket on the website ...
