Terrible Service

I send an email to Foschini requesting a letter of good standing stating my account is paid up to date and in good standing, my reference number is ********** 81. I was told to go in to a store to get this, due to work I am not able to get to a store and this is quite urgent and if I Foschini I will close my account with them permanently as this is absolutely rediculous.
