Terrible service !

Just the worst place to have an account with point , I am fed up with them they cant even handle a simple request for closing an account have been struggling for a month now to close my acount completely with no feedback at all need to call them alot and not even their agents know whats going on its just pathetic service the reason that im closing the account in the first place is that they call to much 2 to 3 times on a daily basis even at 20:00 night with poor service as well .
