Terrible service

I went into Foschini Herm**** to pay my account. First of all there was nobody on the floor, as it was between 1 and 2 which is almost everybody s lunch time, then somebody just walked up to me and said in a almost whisper,"go and pay at cosmetics. I walked all the way to cosmetics and there was nobody, walked al the way back to accounts and still nobody. Would it make any difference to complain about a large company like Foschini? dont know but really step up your service and train the staff properly. OMW
