Terrible online shopping experience

Foschini online is a waste of time and money! I have had countless issues with their online shopping . I have waited 2 weeks for an item to arrive already and if I order more than one item then I receive items individually on different days . I have received items from America in less time than it takes for an item to arrive from Foschini. My latest experience is that I purchased an item online 5 days ago and when I tracked this item , there was absolutely no movement. I wasn’t even invoiced did it yet! It’s not even in warehouse yet! I called the call center numerous times and I’m being told “they are still trying to source the item”. Now it’s my understanding that if an item is not available then it should be marked as “out of stock” online . This was not marked out of stock so why are they trying to “source “ it for me. This is beyond frustrating as I made a point to purchase this item on Monday morning thinking that it would at least arrive before the weekend as all my other online shopping does from other companies. Putrid service . Not even a call back . I will never buy from Foschini online again. Not the first bad experience with them.
