TERRIBLE! NO SERVICE/ RESPONSE - Almost 2 months!

I took out an account with Foschini and though I did not want any 'extra packages' I decided to take the Platinum Card Magazine package after one of their agents called me. I then received a ton more phone calls (even late at night) telling me about their other packages but I asked that they please stop calling me as I was not interested in anything else. I received over 28 calls from them thereafter and no one would listen to me when I asked them to stop calling me and I even got hung up on after asking an agent when I will be receiving my Platinum card magazine and when I called back directly after the hang up they kept putting the phone down on me!

I have still not received the Platinum card and I was supposed to get it in November! I am paying for it yet I have received nothing.

I emailed Foschini with my complaint on the 7 December as I wasn't getting anywhere with anyone over the phone. They told me my complaint was sent to their operations department. I then emailed again on the 5 Jan, 14 Jan and again today and I keep receiving the same Copy & Paste email saying my complaint has been sent to their Operations Department. Surely it can't take almost 2 months to receive a response? I have made it very clear that it is urgent.

I cannot believe that I have struggled with Foschini for so long over something so simple! Please stop with the millions of promotional calls and when am I getting the card & benefits I am paying for every month!

Clearly, once you have opened an account them they do not care about customer service. I am definitely closing my account and will not be shopping at you again. A very unhappy "customer".
