terrible horrible service

went to the store to apply for limit increase, had all the required documents. filled in a form and was made to wait about 30min cause the consultant had apparently forgotten about me and none of the other agents were particularly interested in assisting me. this was the 9th of July. waited for close to a week before contacting customer service to follow up, the system is terrible because till today i have yet to speak to a human being. plan b was to contact customer service through email, did this on the the 14th of July, was told it normally takes just a day to process limit increase request, ok fine so now what? customer service actually came back to me the 19th of July. i'm assuming they are still busy investigating but this is a simple enough matter that should not have taken so many days. i suspect my documents got chucked somewhere (extremely personal information) and no one bothered themselves afterwards. still waiting for foschini to come back to me but really this is pathetic. response times are ridiculous and so is your service.

Good Day Xolani

looks like the customer service is just as useless. i keep asking the same question that no one has an answer to. eventually Rozanne Ovies just decided to no longer reply. i dont know whether foschini is aware of the Popi act or not, where customer's personal information is suppose to be protected. its not possible that to every question that i ask, it takes at least two days to respond to??? is there no prioritisation? how can it take weeks to get an answer? does foschini even care about the brand and the perception they are creating with their customers?
