Terrible Foschini Service

I visited your Foschini branch in Eastgate to open a secondary card for my son in varsity. Your lady there informed me that there were no forms, phoned head office, and she told me that they put the phone down in her ear. Nothing was done as she just shrugged shoulders.

I then went to American Swiss where a lady by the name of Antoinette fetched a form from Sterns for me to fill out. She said she would fax it through and the card will be available asap.

Today I phoned head office to hear about the proceedings and I got cut off, phoned again, spoke to Janine and no one knows anything about my query.

I then got put through to a supervisor but everyone according to her was in a meeting.

I said if this is how you treat your clients of 32 years i will take my business else where and she told me she will help me close my account.

If loyal customers dont mean anything to the Foschini Group then they dont deserve my support.
