Terrible Fault in Shoe - Kiddies Instinct Boot
Info Sent 31 Jan 2020 @11:20am I purchased an instinct boot for my Niece 28th Jan 2020 from Foschini in Key West Shopping centre. I wanted her to try it on yesterday luckily when I looked at the shoe I noticed a NAIL in the shoe sticking out, luckily I saw this before she put them on or else this would have gone right in her foot. This is terrible and clearly you don’t check you stock properly, I want some resolution on this matter this is absolutely terrifying.
Sent a follow up 4th Feb 2020 @06:42am I cannot believe no one has gotten back to me on this issue, it’s a huge health and safety concern and extremely dangerous!!! Cannot believe you have no concern for the safety of your customers this is disgusting!
No feedback to date, I WANT A RESOLUTION THIS WAS EXTREMEMLY DANGEROUS AND COULD HAVE HARMED MY NIECE BADLY!!!!
Cannot believe the stores don't check the items before they placed on the shelf this could have caused huge issues!!!!!

I was contact and someone was supposed to collect the shoe at 9:30am today its now 12:30 and no one has collected it yet. This is a major concern obviously don't have any compassion for their clients escpecially when someone could have been hurt. This whole issue has take up so much of my personal and work time its not even funny, the amounts of time I have to follow up is ridiculous. As mentioned this is complete negligence by Foshini and their suppliers!!!!!
