Terrible customer service. Very disappointed

I went to foshini in sandton city on the 2nd October, when I got there the sales lady made me wait 15 minutes because she said her managers are sitting in the stockroom, when the manager came she started complaining saying why are you calling me while im busy in the stockroom, not even apologizing for making me wait that long.

Then the second incident happened today 13th October, i get there looking for a bag. There was no one at the bags department, so i take the bag i want to buy to the cash desk only to find it was damaged, the salesman didn't even bother to assist me instead she just said i must ask the ladies working in the shoe department. They too were not helpful, she was like if that's the only bag then we don't have or rather ask the person whose working in that department why she put it there. I mean logically speaking she was supposed to find out who was working there so i get proper assistance or even check for me which branch has it, but nooooo foschini sandton is nevet interested in helping customers who need help, whatever they busy with is mpre important than customers. Im very disappointed because these 2 days were my fist experiences in the store.
