Terrible customer service.

Absolutely frustrated with foschini. I purchased on laybe and realized I didn't get the right slip for when paying of my laybye. Now I need to return the jeans and I went to the Phoenix Plaza branch and asked them if they could pick it up with the laybye number and the lady said no. Didn't even bother to assist me to find a way to return this. Absolutely nonsense. How can you not pick it up.
