TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURNS POLICY

I purchased a skirt yestrday on the 28th of Dec 2024 at Diamond pavilion Fochini in kimberley. Got home and realised the skirt was small. I went back to exchange with my original slip but skirt cannot be exchnged simply because it dsnt have a tag on. I asked for a refund since i couldnt exchange and the manager still refuses to refund me. So i hve to now sit wth a skirt whch dsnt fit me simply because i lost a tag yet i have an original slip. A skirt wth their Brand on it, purchased just yesterday. The girls in the shop even remembered me cos i was lucky that i paid R199 (as it was priced) and they realised its suposed to be R299 but allowed me to pay the price i saw on the tag. Terrible cusyoner service. Very disappointing for a shop that always my ‘go to’ shop. The workers in there evn know me cos iam a regular.
