Terrible customer service

Yesterday's service was a joke and I won't ever sit my foot in that store again! I was there the previous day to purchase a pair of boots in a hurry and went back yesterday originally to exchange for a another pair, however, when I went to the till to ask if that would be in order, 3ladies were behind the till sealing boxes which one of them were also busy with a customer. I waited for someone to ATLEAST acknowledge me but they all looked at me and didn't smile, say Hi or anything. When the customer left, the lady looked at me and went back to doing her stock, again, all 3 saw me standing there but they just kept on talking to eachother, after a while of looking at them, the one told the cashier that I'm waiting, and the cashier responded saying \oh
