Terrible customer care service at Foschini Cresta

On Friday 1st April 2022, I visited the Cresta Mall Foschini store. I must say the service was terrible. The lady at the till was rude and looked like she did not want to do her work. Secondly the lady punched in the wrong amount for one item. We had to run around and speak to a "manager" who in turn was extremely rude and treated us the Customer with such disrespect. This is not the first time I have experienced such behaviour. This kind of treatment of a client is unacceptable and regrettable because we are meant to be treated with respect. Needless to say I will not be returning to that store ever again. Kindly improve the training of your employeees on the floor or rather employee people who are passionate about serving others. Unfortunately I did not get the employees names, needless to say that is irrevelant! Thank you
