Terrible attitude

Good day I received terrible service from foschini kolonade I've lay-by shoes when I went to collect they started by coming with wrong shoes then they told me to leave my slip as they said the would look for my shoes and call obviously I refused to leave my slip what proof would I have that they took it if they could misplaced my shoes what would they do with my slip the attitude they have not even an apology am disappointed by such terrible service from Annah & Virgy
