Terrible Accounts Service

TFG (Foshini) customer is terrible. I have been retrenched from work a few months ago. I had explained to TFG that I am entrenched and that I will make payment to TFG but I will pay whatever I can afford. TFG consultants made note on the system and informed me that they cannot assist. They insist I pay an amount what suits them. Despite me making arrangements, they have handed me over to Attorneys for collection. This is totally ******* as they have disregarded the efforts and arrangement I proposed to them. I have emailed them, to which they do not respond.
