Tempo watch guarantee is a BIG FAT LIE!!!!
Last year I bought a Tempo watch from Foshini, and was told it had a 2 year guarantee, so I kept all the papers.
Fast forward to a year later the watch malfunctions so I go back to the shop with the papers and advise of the issue.
The cashier rudely tells us that ‘we no longer repair watches’ and I’m like but YOU GAVE ME A GUARANTEE?? Eventually the store manager who at that point became a watch inspector arrives, visually inspects the watch and says it’s not working due to negligence, he then proceeds to take to a random watch repair guy at the mall who supposedly verifies his version without providing us with a report
