Tarnishing Luella bag

First of all how can I give zero stars?

I ordered a Luella bag online and one I bought in store, wearing the one I bought instore alot but the one I ordered is starting to tanish. I emailed them takes days to respond telling me they can’t refund or exchange my bag because its out of my time frame but they are the ones who took days to reply and I emailed them 3days before my policy expired!! ****!!
