Taking Money from Me! Dishonest!Breach of Contract
<p>I have had a Foschini account for 20 years. My payment history is favourable. I have always been given till the 7th of the month to pay. However, Foschini, in an attempt to claw back money from innocent clients start sending sms's at A COST TO THE CLIENT advising them of their payment being outstanding. When you call the contact centre, the agent states I must ignore the sms as I have up until the 7th to pay. What is this - I get charged for this threatening sms. Is this an attempt by Foschinis to hoodwink clients and charge them ********ly. I would like this investigated!! Consumer Watch here we come!!! Shocking!</p>
