Taken money incorrectly

I went to a foschini store and asked if I'm able to pay my truworths account and the cashier said yes they took the payment and I saw on the slip it says undirected I had a foschini account years ago that was closed the stupid cashier still took the payment she assured me it's for my truworths account!!! When I demanded a refund they were unable to do a refund which a payment of R1220 was paid!!!!!! FOSCHINI I WANT MY MONEY!!!! A AN YOUR CASHIER GAVE INCORRECT INFORMATION
