T-shirt issue

I bought those slogan printed t-shirts from foschini only wore that t-shirt 3 times bt the t-shirt is fitting very well as they said they have improved their fitting.. Bt my my concern is the neck part it's now like it has been chewed on its no longer the same its like someone was pulling me by the collar. Only worn it 3 times not more than a that.. Can they improve on that round neck collar of those t-shirts please.. They beautiful n fitting very well bt the collar is the problem after few washes. Those printed t-shirts with slogans n beautiful pints we stil need them bt improve please
