Switch off watches on dispaly

I bought a watch from the Foschini store in Rustenburg (waterfall mall) two months later the watch stops, i take it into the store, they take it and tell me to come back after a month, one month later 28 Nov 2015 i get into the store and my watch has not come back from repairs, the watches on display are ticking and my watch was taken from there so it probably just needed a battery change, it's been a month and 3 days now and i paid for that watch, no communication has been made as to where my watch could be and when it will return but I'm certainly not buying a watch from TFG again, I live in Centurion and will have to travel to Rustenburg to fetch my watch if it ever arrives.
