SUBSTANDARD SERVICE

I app**** for a store card on the 12th of September. I received notice that I was pre approved and I must submit documents via the email address provided or via the WhatsaApp link that was provided. I sent my documents via email. When I heard nothing back, I sent them via WhatsApp. I didn't hear a thing back. I decide to call Head Office and follow up on the 18th of September. I'm then told that my documents never reached the forensics department, which according to the lady, sometimes happens depending on which department receives them first. Apparently, the wrong department (which I was instructed to send my documents to) can not share the documents with the correct department because of the POPI Act. Would be lovely if I had been informed so I could have sent them to the relevant department. I then sent the documents to the WhatsApp number I was given by the lady on the phone and I'm then told to send stamped bank statements (also wasn't told this in the initial request). I send them in PDF format, then I still receive feedback that my statements are not in PDF format (the PDF sign even displayed on the attachment). Obviously Foschinis doesn't need or want new business? Still haven't heard back whether I was approved or not.
