Subscribed without consent

I recently went to one of the Foschini stores(Fourways Mall), I purchased a pair of sunglasses. Today I get an SMS from TFG, that I am subscribed to a Premium club magazine...explain to me how when I never requested for such. I once made a complaint on this platform regarding the same issue, and the subscription was cancelled and refunded. So clearly your POS stuff members subscribe us on these things without clients consents. Its time it gets taken to the regulators
