Sub-standard Product

Just opened a new, sealed Elizabeth Arden flawless finish foundation at Foschini Garden Route Mall and it's empty. This is the 2nd time this happens in 3 months. It looks the insert containing the product has been removed; I paid R700+ for a plastic container and a box. This is unacceptable.
