Store refusal to assist me with drivers licence and bad attitude

<p>I went to your store in Calton centre for a refund on the goods that I bought yesterday(13/03/2017). I don’t like the cut of the pants that I bought.</p> <p> </p> <p>I lost the receipt, I still have the EFT copy that I paid with and a bank statement that the goods were bought at Foschini. The goods still have a tack and never used as I bought it yesterday.</p> <p> </p> <p>The store refused to assist me with a refund. They want my ID book which am not in possession of it. I had my drivers licence. I want my money back and Foschini must take their goods back.</p> <p> </p> <p>I always purchase goods from Foschini, using my rewards card and I also have a layby card.</p> <p> </p> <p>Secondly, the bad attitude of the store manager is appalling, she needs to be taken for customer service training and her attitude should be tamed as well. Am not sure how can you put someone with such a bad attitude to be a leader.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please clarify the refusal of the drivers licence, if a consumer is not happy or not satisfied regarding regarding the products, the consumer has a right to return the product. I will be taking the matter to the consumer right commission as I think I have been treated unfairly. The purchase can clearly be traced on your system, please trace it and provide feedback, as I want my money back.</p> <p> </p>
