My email sent to you this morning: Dear All,
I refer you to the multiple previous correspondence exchanged between ourselves herein.
I HAVE PAID THIS ACCOUNT IN FULL, UNDER DURESS (YOUR CHARGES BEING IN DISPUTE), and have requested that same be closed. Note your statement for October 2017 REFLECTING A R0.00 BALANCE!!!!!
Why the hell are you sending me a statement reflecting an outstanding balance when I have requested that this account be closed and when I had made it patently clear that I do not want any further dealings with you? I WILL NOT MAKE ANY FURTHER PAYMENTS TO YOU.
TAKE MY NAME THE F**** OFF YOUR SYSTEM WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. I refuse to be a willing participant in your exploitation and ******** activities.
I will refer this matter to the National Credit Regulator to investigate these illicit charges. Copies of all my correspondence and Hellopeter posts will be tendered in substantiation.
