STOP CALLING ME FOR THE SAME THING

I skipped a payment of R200 on my account due to being unemployed. I spoke to someone and made an arrangement to pay R400 at the end of the month. I have made this arrangement at the beginning of the month, and it is not yet the end of the month. They keep calling saying there is no arrangement and that my account is now handed over to legal where from VERY RUDE people call.
