****** property and neglect

I was in Greenacres mall Foschini store Port elizabeth.I was in the cue waiting to pay someone went into my bag and stole my phone samsung S5. I searched for it right there in the cue but could not find it. I then asked the person who was behind me if they saw what happened she said a guy took it from my bag and got out with it. I asked for assikstance from the people in the mall. They then said there is nothing they can do about it. They have no cameras in the shop. I asked them what then can I do because someone in the cue stole my phone inside their property, yet nothing is going to be done by the shop. I only I could hve gotten some sort of assistance with the problem I had that would have been of great help. IF IT NOT SAFE TO DO ANYSHOPPING THERE THEY SHOULD LET US KNOW.
