****** Cell Phone claim

<p>I claimed on my cell phone insurance in February 2016. I was victim to a smash and grab ******* . I reported is and took my case information to the Foschini store in liberty promenade where I purchased the phone . Since then they have put the claim through on the wrong account. After finally correcting that mistake Foschini head office keeps asking for the same policy schedule which Carmen at the branch has sent to them numerous times. It is now May 4 months later and I’m still waiting for this to be processed it is wrong that I have to wait this long in this day and age with all the technology we have out there. Nompumelelo finally received the billing letter on the 10/05/2016 and Pretty loaded the claim on the 14/05/2016. I need this resolved as it cannot take 4 month just for Foschini to load a claim. I am extremely unhappy with this after being a customer for so many years .
