****** Card

I have lost my Foschini card in April 2015, when I went to pay my account I paid with my license and requested the cashier that I've lost my card and it needs to be blocked, to my surprise the card was not blocked. I did not pay for the month of May 2015 or bought any clothing on my card for that month. When I went to pay on the 30 June 2015 with my license again because I did not have a card and also because I know that I need to pay them, I was under the impression that my car was blocked however I found out that my card was not blocked. When I paid in April 2015 I was left with a balance of +- R4500 there round im not sure, but when I checked my balance in June 2015 it was R12000+- I was so shocked as I did not purchase any clothing since December 2015,when I asked the cashier how is it possible he advised me that the last purchase on my card was in May 2015 when my card was suppose to be blocked. No one was able to give me answers I advised the consultant that someone stole my card and purchased items on my card. According to my knowledge no one can buy with someone else's card so how was it possible for someone to purchase clothes with my card without identification.
