STOCK TAKING AND MEETING POLICY

I would like to know what TFG's stock taking and meeting policies are. My son is a casual at Total Sports and previously at Sport Scene. Once or twice a week they have to do stock taking from seven o'clock in the morning although he only start working at 9 o'clock or 10 o'clock and only gets paid from that time. I want to know what happen to the two to three hours he worked for. Who gets the money or do they not get paid. He is surely not doing charity for TFG. Why do they exploit the youngsters that like. I know that other shops reimburse the employees. WHAT IS HAPPENING TFG?
