Stinking services

Went to Jest in Mall of the South, really I am a tfg staff but the service I got from Thandazwa from the till point stinks she couldn't even humble and apologize from her mistakes she was so defensive and rude not only to me but to her colleague who tried to assist her really I'm ****ed if we would have staff members who are so rude to customers and by ne giving her my staff discount card and still she asked me for my ID number for rewards gosh, she didn't even asked if I'm paying in cash or account maybe she was going to have a clue but by me handing my staff cash card I assumed she knows what she was doing After I checked my till slip that's when I realized the was no discount Captured that was so time consuming for me to go back to the store and get disrespected by her
