Stinking attitude

I went to foschini in alberton to exchange jeans and as always got a stinking attitude at 1St I let it slide but now its becoming a habit.i walked in n there was no one at the door for me to ask how I should go about with exchanging as theres not even a customer service desk so I decided to rather go to the que( I think any other person would do exactly that if they ddnt find anyone to ask) however I got to the till and I explain to the cashier or whoever she is coz she ddnt even have a name tag that I wanna exchange the jeans and Lord did she have alot to say to me telling me I should have taken the size I want from the floor n came with it and I should have asked at the door which I told her there was no one there thus I came to the till n she went on 2 say " you should have looked 4 someone theres ppl working on the floor instead of wasting time n you should go back to the floor and take the correct size instead of arguing with me" is that how foschini staff is trained of customer service??? Couldn't she just assisted since I was at da till already because I had not even bought the jeans there I wouldn't know where to find them
