Stinking and disgusting attitude!!

My experience at Foshini Hemmingways mall in East London is never a pleasant one.... always disgusting and making me not even want to be a customer anymore.... Can’t be treated like this as a customer...

Do not know the name of the guy, he is bald and wears glasses last time we were there he was standing and chatting with his friends yet he can see that there are clients waiting instead of attending to us...

Today still giving attitude and does not care about his job, don’t know why people work as customer service agents yet they hate their job...

This treatment is not fair and stinking would understand once but it’s a every time thing as I always purchase at Foshini East London every month...

Thinking of cancelling it... Not happy at all.
