still waiting

i resigned from TFG in December 2015 and have still not received any information of when i can expect payout, i have sent numerous emails to [Email Removed] enquiring about this as she first informed me that documents needed to be submitted which i did and sent on the 19th February 2016 and received confirmation that it has been received it is now 8 weeks later and i still have not received any replies to my numerous emails, the contact details given also shows that the number you have dialled is unavailable. I want feedback today as this has become very ridiculous, I have always had good things to say about TFG but now its very disappointing quick to take contributions but slow to give it back.
