Still no contact

Still no contact from your customer services. I was expected to pay my account within 2 days of pay day during the week but your customer services cant contact me nearly TWO weeks after saying they would... You said on Saturday the 4th that someone would contact me. NO CALL NOTHING as yet! A really shoddy response to my concern and shows a total lack of regard towards me as a loyal customer. There is no excuse for showing so little respect or common courtesy to your customers... Thanks for making the decision easier. I will be closing my account and recommending that my friends and colleagues consider the same. Obviously you are NOT a company that keeps its word.
