STILL HAVEN'T CANCELLED MY CELLPHONE INSURANCE!

I have cellphone insurance that gets added to my account every month. Since July 2014, I have written THREE letters stating that I am giving 30 days notice to have it removed, one of these letters I personally handed in at the Kroonstad branch where I was told that 'We will forward it to the relevant department' which obviously didn't happen as the cellphone insurance still showed on my account after that.<br> <br> I wrote an email to customer services dated 10 March 2015 upon which I received a reply stating that my email was forwarded to the relevant department. When I received my latest account, I saw that the cellphone insurance STILL HASN'T BEEN REMOVED!!<br> <br> I tend to believe that the email I sent was forwarded as I also asked in the email to have the book cancelled and it was.<br> <br> COULD SOMEONE PLEASE FINALLY REMOVE THE CELLPHONE INSURANCE AS I NO LONGER EVEN HAVE THE TELEPHONE IN QUESTION?
