still don't have my number back, being told storie

I regret joining 121 firstly they never mentioned I can't use the airtime for data bundles which is useless for my smartphone. They didn't mention I have to rica if I want to drop 121. No mention that I have to do sim swaps, etc at Foschini not mtn anymore. I probably could have asked about cancellation fee but I didn't so that was another bomb. They wouldn't help me using foschini statement as proof of address for sim swap. I still receive statement even though I already paid everything including 121 fee. But today I still don't Hav my number n Foschini says they Hav transferred me to prepaid while mtn has me as a foschini customer. The ladies I spoke to only gave me this list of things one at each visit so each time there was something new. They didn't even bother dialling the 121 call center number for me when I was there the fourth time.
