Still awaiting call from regional manager
It's been over 48 hours since my previous complaint and I've not received the call from your regional manager as per your response. I'm not sure how far you want me to take this, but I'll stretch it as further as possible, especially the issue I addressed on my comment to your response regarding the treatment I received from Evodia (shopfloor and sales) of your Loch Logan store.
