So Friday I popped into your Blue Route Mall branch to go find some make up goodies, as someone who never wears make up. Looking lost an Elizabeth Arden Consultant named Tiffany Amos kindly and very friendly approached me and asked if I needed any assistance,and of course I said yes. To my absolute delight she was very well informed and most helpful and extremely attentive to all of my concerns and I can totally see why she enjoys doing what she does.Sadly for me the previous day which was Thursday was at different beauty shop and the lady who assisted me there was let's just say rather smug and almost uninterested to really help me.. Compared to that disappointing experience, I will recommend this lady as she knows her stuff. Thank you for great customer service.. These days staff don't know what that means anymore..
