Stay away from Foschini Rosebank

On the 1st of May 2014 I went with friends from Pretoria to Rosebank Mall for an outing. I bought cosmetic products at Foschini, where the saleslady Sinithemba encouraged me to buy for R500 to get a R50 discount.. I could not find the moisturiser I wanted and she recommended another product. When paying, I said the amount looks too high. She said, dont worry, look, you got the discount and pointed to the line on the slip. I signed then and only discovered later that I was charged for 2 moisturisers. ( I took only one). It occurred to me that it was all planned. Unfortunately, neither Foschini Rosebank nor Customer Services wanted to help me. The Rosebank manager insisted that I come in person and did not want to accept a fax / mail, or understand that it would cost me 3 hours and R200 in petrol to get R384. Ever since then Foschini has only acknowledged my enquiries or made promises, but never ACTED, apart from adding fees and ensuring that I get a bad credit record. Now I may lose a home loan because of that, or be forced to pay. Is this how Foschini makes their money? By ignoring customer complaints and making them pay for staff errors/thefts. Do you need such service??
